We go to great lengths to ensure we hire the right people for the Walker Pest Management team. All employees are screened by background checks, driver records, and past work experience. All pest control technicians go through proper initial training certification, before hands-on training with a route supervisor for several weeks. They then ride along with current technicians for a brief period before they are allowed to go out on their own. Most of our technicians have gone on to receive their pest control license even though they aren’t required.

We require monthly continuing education for all our technicians, held at our Greenville facility. By giving our customers the best in every area we have managed to maintain a 4.9/5 star aggregate rating with over 800 online reviews.
